Still tracking progress on whiteboards and spreadsheets?

The numbers are there, scattered across notebooks, sheets and WhatsApp. But nobody can answer the one question that matters: are you improving?

Athletes ask

  • Am I stronger than last month?
  • Which lifts improved?
  • Where am I stagnating?

Coaches ask

  • Who has plateaued?
  • Who hasn't trained in two weeks?
  • What did they lift last time?

Owners ask

  • Are our members progressing?
  • Are they staying engaged?
  • Is our coaching working?

How it works

Proelyx fits into the way your club already trains. No new routine, just results that finally add up.

  1. Step 1

    Coaches plan the session

Pick exercises from a library of 160+ (or add your own), set the sets, reps, loads or target pace, and publish. Copy a session or plan a whole week in minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Athletes record their results

On their own phone, or on the club's tablet in Tablet mode: the whole class in one grid, like the whiteboard, but it remembers. Every result saves as it's typed.

  3. Step 3

    Proelyx shows the progress

Personal records are spotted automatically. Athletes see their progress charts; coaches see every athlete and who needs attention.

Simple for athletes. Powerful for coaches.

Every result your club records becomes a personal record, a chart and a trend you can follow, with no spreadsheets and no sums. Every feature is built to be obvious from the first tap.

Personal records, automatically

Every result is compared with the athlete’s history. New PRs are marked the moment they’re typed, for every rep range, distance and time.

  • Best per rep range, with the date it was set
  • Estimated 1RM for lifts, best pace for runs and rows
  • How far they’ve come since their first result

See the work behind the results

Weekly volume shows how much each athlete lifted, ran, rowed or swam, week by week. Harder weeks, lighter deload weeks and missed weeks show at a glance, so training load is planned, not guessed.

  • In kilograms, metres or minutes
  • For all exercises, or just one

Leaderboards that are fair

Best lifts, most improved and most consistent, so the newest member can top a board too. Groups by sex and age keep it fair, and athletes can opt out any time.

Know who needs you

Proelyx flags athletes who stop training, train less, or stop improving, so coaches can step in before a member drifts away. Each club chooses when to be told.

The whiteboard, but it remembers

Put a tablet on the gym floor. The whole class is in one grid: everyone finds their name, sees what they did last time, and types their score. It saves as they type.
